*******UPDATE lane clousre postponed until Thursday, July 30,2020****
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces upcoming, lane closure on LA 42 (Burbank) eastbound, 1 mile East of Bluebonnet Blvd.
The closure will last from 8:00 a.m. through 12 p.m., Monday, July 27th 2020. All work is weather permitting.
The lane closure is necessary for crews to complete maintenance operations.
One lane is to remain open at all times.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
