LA 3125: Improvements at LA 642 Intermittent Lane Closures, St. James Parish

Construction is ongoing for State Project H.012075 LA 3125: Improvements at LA 642 for a length of 0.568 miles. The type of work is grading, drainage structures, milling asphalt concrete, lime treatment, pavement patching, asphalt concrete pavement, loop detectors and related work at a cost of $1,061,777.00.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that there will be intermittent lane closures on LA 3125 near the intersection at LA 642 beginning Tuesday, July 21st. Motorists will still have access to travel the roadway and flaggers/appropriate signage will be on site in order to facilitate and direct traffic. These intermittent lane closures are expected to last the entirety of the week, weather permitting, as crews asphalt patch the roadway.
