NOW OPEN: US 80 over I-20 in Calhoun, Ouachita Parish

*****UPDATE: US 80 OVER I-20 REOPENED TO THRU TRAFFIC.*****


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the US 80 bridge over I-20 in Calhoun, Ouachita Parish is closed due to an issue with the bridge deck that requires immediate repair.

This closure also affects Exit 103 on I-20 at Calhoun.

The bridge will be closed until repairs can be complete, and a updated notice will be issued at that time.

Alternate route: Total road closure. All westbound traffic on US 80 can utilize the Camp Road exit (Exit 107) on I-20. All eastbound traffic will utilize the LA 151 exit (Exit 101). Detour signage will be in place.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
