LA 42-HIGHLAND ROAD (EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH) ROAD CLOSURE

LA 42-Highland Rd. (EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH) - A road closure will take place on LA 42 (Highland Rd.) in both directions underneath the I-10 Overpass.
During this closure of Highland Road all interstate ramps at Highland Road will be open.
The closure is set to occur from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM nightly beginning on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 until Thursday, June 18, 2020.
This closure is necessary to move a crane off the site.
Commuters may travel I-10 WB to Siegen Lane Interchange and I-10 EB to LA 73 Interchange as detour routes.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
