UPDATE - CANCELLED: Nighttime lane closure on I-210 eastbound – Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: This closure is no longer necessary and has been cancelled.

UPDATE: This closure has been rescheduled to Thursday, June 18 with the same times.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-210 eastbound between the I-10/I-210 interchange and the I-210 Prien Lake Bridge will be reduced to one lane Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

These closures are related to the ongoing project to install live traffic cameras and message boards on I-210. The lane closures are necessary to allow crews to conduct foundation work. All work is weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
