Road Closure Notice for Sign Truss Removal, US 190 Business (Fremaux) in Slidell
On Friday, June 12, 2020, there will be a complete closure of US 190 Business (Fremaux Avenue) overpass between the I-10 eastbound and westbound ramps in Slidell from 8PM to Midnight. This is for crews to remove an overhead sign truss on the overpass bridge. There will be no vehicle access.
Detour Section
Westbound motorists on US 190 Business must turn right at the I-10 interchange and travel I-10 eastbound to the US 190 (Gause Boulevard) exit. They must turn left to travel west on US 190 and then turn left to enter I-10 westbound on-ramp, traveling west to the US 190 Business exit.
Eastbound motorists on US 190 Business must turn right at the I-10 ramp and travel I-10 westbound to the LA 433 (Old Spanish Trail) exit. They must turn left to travel east on LA 433 and then turn left to enter I-10 eastbound on-ramp, traveling east to the US 190 Business exit.
