UPDATE: ROADWAY NOW OPENED LA 433 Salt Bayou - St. Tammany Parish

THE ROADWAY IS NOW CLOSED ON LA 433 (Salt Bayou) from Salt Bayou to Pirates Cove due to water on the roadway.
Water is on the roadway at various locations on LA 433 from Salt Bayou to Pirates Cove. High water signs are out and the roadway is still passable at this time.
This area will continuously be monitored and further updates will be put out when necessary.
With the threat of severe weather and heavy rainfall impacting the state, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) reminds motorists to take extra precautions should traveling be necessary.
