LA 384 road closure – Lake Charles – Calcasieu Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 384 (University Drive) will be closed in both directions from McNeese Street to Contour Drive on Thursday, May 28, 2020 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

LA 384 northbound traffic may detour to LA 3092 (Lake Street) and LA 384 southbound traffic may detour to LA 385 (McNeese Street). The closure is necessary for work crews to install pavement as part of the ongoing improvements project. All work is weather dependent.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
