LA 384 SB (University Drive) road closure – Calcasieu Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 384 (University Drive) from McNeese Street to Contour Drive will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 22, 2020. The left turn lane from McNeese Street to University Drive will also be closed for the duration of the University Drive closure.

Traffic may detour to McNeese Street then to Common Street. All work is weather dependent.

The closures are necessary for work crews to pour concrete as part of the ongoing improvements project.
