Nighttime lane closures on I-210 westbound – Calcasieu Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-210 will have the following closures:
- I-210 westbound from approximately Texas Street to the Louisiana Avenue will be reduced to one lane Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. The westbound service road between Enterprise Boulevard and Louisiana Ave will also be closed.
- I-210 westbound from Common Street to Lake Street will be reduced to one lane Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
These closures are related to the ongoing project to install live traffic cameras and message boards on I-210. The lane closures are necessary to allow crews to begin foundation work. All work is weather permitting.
