LA 3061 near Ruston in Lincoln Parish - NOW OPEN

*****LA 3061 HAS BEEN REOPENED TO TRAFFIC*****
EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE
Effective immediately, LA 3061 in Lincoln Parish will be closed at a location 1.0 mile east of the intersection of LA 3061 and US 167 near Ruston, LA. This closure is required due to a failure in the roadway adjacent to the bridge over Moncrief Creek. This closure will remain in effect until the damages to the roadway can be fully investigated and all necessary repairs are completed.
DOTD reminds motorists to NEVER drive around ‘road closed’ barricades at any time for any reason.
PERMIT/DETOUR
The detour route will be LA 146 and US 167.
