There will be alternating lane closures at the intersection of Government St. /Lobdell Ave. /Independence Blvd. beginning Tuesday, April 14th, and continuing through Monday, May 4th, 2020. One lane of travel will be maintained in all directions at all times.
These closures are necessary for concrete pavement patching, asphalt paving for a detour road, and placing drainage structures.
UPDATE: Government St will also have alternating nighttime lane closures between the intersections of Evergreen St and S. Foster Dr beginning Monday, April 27th, and continuing through Monday, May 4th, 2020. Closure times will take place from 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM nightly. One lane of travel will be maintained in all directions at all times.
These closures are necessary for asphalt paving on Government between Evergreen and S. Foster.
This closure is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
