US 61, WEST FELICIANA PARISH, NEAR LA/MISS STATE LINE

Southbound US 61, directly north of Fred's State Line Truck Stop & Casino, there will be intermittent lane closures on both SB lanes beginning June 10th through June 19th, from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The contractor will be removing existing paving and guardrail, excavating and grading for the new shoulder, and installing guardrail and in-road and off-road sensors for the weigh-in-motion station.
There are no vehicle restrictions.
Emergency vehicles will be able to pass through the worksite.
No detour is necessary. One full lane will be available for traffic at all times. Closures will be removed at the end of everyday with the exception of the 24 hours following the installation of the in-road sensors.
