LA 134 in Ouachita Parish; Lane Closure

UPDATE(3/25/20): The LA 134 lane closures described below have been delayed and re-scheduled for Thursday, April 2, 2020 starting at 9 AM.
LA 134 in Ouachita Parish near the intersection with US 165 close to Sterlington Elementary School will experience lane closures beginning Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 9 AM. Traffic will be maintained through the use of flaggers to assist with travel through this area during off peak daylight working hours. The work is anticipated to be complete before 5 pm on the same day in order to mitigate traffic congestion. Please keep in mind the projected start date for this work is weather dependent and may need to be updated accordingly. The lane closures are required in order to install a new cross drain at this location.

Restrictions: No restrictions to traffic at this time.
Detour: No formal detour route has been established as LA 134 will still be open to all traffic.
