I-10 eastbound between Exit 109 - LA 328 (Breaux Bridge) and Exit 115 - LA 347 (Cecilia, Henderson) will have a traffic shift to the newly constructed temporary lanes at approximately mile marker 112.5 and then traffic will be shifted back to the existing lanes at mile marker 114 on Saturday, March 14 at 12:00 a.m., weather permitting.

Additionally, I-10 eastbound between Exit 109 - LA 328 (Breaux Bridge) and Exit 115 - LA 347 (Cecilia, Henderson) will have alternating lane closures prior to the traffic shift to allow the contractor to install pavement markings and striping.

This traffic shift is necessary to allow the contractor to begin construction on the permanent pavement in the middle section of the new interstate highway.

The road will be open to regular traffic with an 11-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
