US 90 westbound between Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and the Morgan City Bridge will be reduced to one lane on Thursday, March 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.

Additionally, the US 90 westbound exit ramps at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and LA 182 (Brashear Avenue) will be closed on Thursday, March 12, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.

These closures are necessary to allow crews to perform routine bridge inspections.

US 90 westbound will be open to regular traffic with a 16-foot lane restrictions on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

Detour signs will be in place to direct traffic around the ramp closures.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
