MORROW, La. – Today, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that beginning Thursday, January 30, until Friday, January 31, the northbound lane of U.S. 71, between La. 361 and La. 107, will be closed to traffic to allow crews to recover a train car. 

The closure is estimated to take place from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., weather permitting.
