UPDATE: This closure has been extended to include Saturday, February 15 at 8 p.m. until Sunday, February 16 at 10 a.m., weather permitting.
The outside lane of I-10 westbound from mile marker 115 – LA 347 (Cecilia, Henderson) to mile marker 112 (west of Bordelon Road Overpass) will be closed nightly beginning Monday, February 10 at 8 p.m. until Friday, February 14 at 5:30 a.m. and Friday, February 14 at 9 p.m. until Saturday, February 15 at 9 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to asphalt pave the outside shoulder.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 12-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
The entrance and exit ramps at Exit 115 – LA 347 (Henderson, Cecilia) will remain open to traffic.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
