UPDATE - LA 38 in Kentwood at Railroad Tracks - Tangipahoa Parish
Intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 38 in Kentwood at the railroad tracks, 0.11 miles East of US 51 will take place On Sunday, January 12, 2019 from 6:00 AM through 6:00 PM (weather permitting) while crews perform asphalt-paving operations. One lane will remain open in one direction at all times.
Permit Information:
There will be no vehicle restrictions for wide loads. Emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
Detour Information:
The following are alternate routes to avoid lane closures within the work zone:
Motorists traveling LA 38 east shall take US 51 north to LA 1054, then east to re-intersect LA 38.
Motorists traveling LA 38 west shall take LA 1054 north to US 51, then south to re-intersect LA 38.
