NOW OPEN!! LA 1246 at the Woodlawn Bridge, Vermilion Parish, Bridge Closure

UPDATE: Now Open to vehicular traffic! Thank you for your patience.
Effective immediately, LA 1246 at the Woodlawn Bridge in Vermilion Parish will be closed until further notice.
Due to the bridge experiencing mechanical difficulties, the closure is necessary to accommodate marine traffic scheduled over the next several days.
The detour will consist of LA 82, LA 14, US 167, Derek Road and Woodlawn Road.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area.
