LANE CLOSURES: LA 523 (E. Flournoy Lucas Rd.) at LA 1, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, lane closures will be in place on LA 523 (E. Flournoy Lucas Road) at the Union Pacific Railroad track near the intersection of LA 1 in south Caddo Parish.
These lane closures are scheduled to take place from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and are necessary to allow for crews to conduct repairs to the railroad crossing.
Alternate route: Roadway will remain open. Lane closures only.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
