UPDATE: NOW OPEN: US 90 at MP 70 (Mermentau River Bridge), Acadia Parish, Alternating Lane Closures

US 90 at milepost 70 (Mermentau River Bridge) will have alternating lane closures on Friday, November 15 for bridge maintenance.
This closure is estimated to take place daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Traffic will be maintained utilizing a flagging operation.
The road will be open to regular traffic with a 16-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
