Jefferson Hwy (LA 73) will have alternating lane closures beginning Friday, November 1st, and continuing through Monday, November 25th, 2019, between the intersections of Airline Hwy (US 61) and Tiger Bend. Closures times will be from 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday. Weekend closures will also take place from 8:00 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday. One lane of travel will be maintained in each direction at all times.
These closures are necessary for removing and repairing concrete sidewalk and driveways and repairing concrete curb and gutter.
ATTENTION: Jefferson Hwy (LA 73) will have alternating lane closures beginning Tuesday, November 5th and continuing through Monday, November 25th, 2019, between the intersections of Tiger Bend Rd and Highland Rd (LA 948). Closures times will be from 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Monday to Friday. Weekend closures will also take place from 8:00 PM Friday to 5:00 AM Monday. One lane of travel will be maintained at all times.
These closures are necessary for cleaning and regrading ditches along Jefferson Hwy.
