CANCELLED - LANE CLOSURES: LA 523 (Flournoy Lucas Rd.) in Caddo Parish
UPDATE: These lane closures have been cancelled due to the threat of inclement weather, and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, LA 523 (Flournoy Lucas Road) at the Union Pacific Railroad crossing near the intersection of LA 1 (Youree Drive) in Caddo Parish will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
These lane closures are scheduled to take place from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and are necessary to allow Union Pacific crews to perform maintenance to the track.

Restrictions/Permits: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
