There will be intermittent, alternating lane closures of eastbound and westbound LA 36, from Deer Run Road to ICG Railroad, beginning Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 7:00 AM until Monday, December 23, 2013 at 4:00 PM (weather permitting) while crews mill and overlay the existing roadway.

Detour

To avoid delays, motorists traveling east on LA 36 may take LA 434 south to I-12, east on I-12 to US 11, north on US 11 to LA 41, then north on LA 41 to LA 36.

Motorists traveling west on LA 36 may take LA 41 south to US 11, south on US 11 to I-12, west on I-12 to LA 434, then north on LA 434 to LA 36.

At least one lane will be open to traffic at all times.
