I-12, Livingston Parish, Lane Closure, S.P. H.003424

I-12 Eastbound and Westbound, from one mile west of LA 43 to LA 43, will be reduced to a single lane beginning Monday, December 9, 2013 through Saturday, December 14, 2013 from 8:00 pm - 6:00 am, nightly (weather permitting).  One lane will remain open in each direction at all times.  This lane closure will allow crews to install a temporary detour lane, perform cold planing and install new asphalt pavement on the existing travel lanes, install temporary concrete barriers, install temporary pavement markings, and shift traffic.

Motorists may take US 190 as an alternate route to avoid nightly lane closures during construction.
