UPDATE - REOPENED: I-220 westbound at Jefferson Paige Rd., Caddo Parish
UPDATE: The accident has been cleared and westbound I-220 has been REOPENED.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that I-220 westbound at the Jefferson Paige Road interchange in Shreveport, Caddo Parish is CLOSED due to an accident.
Motorists are advised to use caution through the area and take an alternate route.
Alternate route: I-20
