UPDATE: Intermittent lane closures on LA 385 (Gulf Highway) – Lake Charles - Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: This closure has been extended to Tuesday, September 24 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

LA 385 (Gulf Highway), south of East Lincoln Road at the railroad crossing (MP 7.572), will have intermittent lane closures on Monday, September 23 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, weather permitting.

Traffic will be maintained through the work area by flaggers.

The closure is necessary for railroad maintenance.

DOTD appreciates your patience, and reminds you to please drive with caution through work zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
