ALL WAY STOP: LA 99 (Adams Street) @ South Street - Welsh - Jefferson Davis Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the signalized intersection of LA 99 (Adams Street) and South Street will temporarily change to an ALL WAY STOP on Tuesday, September 3 at 9 a.m. for approximately 3 months. The northbound and southbound left turn lanes will be closed during this period.

This temporary change is necessary for crews to install a signal upgrade that includes pedestrian signals and push buttons. All work is weather dependent.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
