LANE CLOSURE: I-220 westbound bridge over Red River, Caddo & Bossier Parishes
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, the I-220 westbound bridge over the Red River in Caddo and Bossier Parishes will be reduced to one (1) lane of traffic for routine bridge inspection.
This bridge is located approximately 2.3 miles west of LA 3 (Benton Road).
This work is scheduled to take place from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Alternate route: N/A
Restrictions/Permits: This closure will allow vehicles 11 feet wide or smaller to pass through the inspection zone. Larger vehicles must detour using I-20.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
