DOTD announces the start of a Road Construction Project on US 90 at several crossovers in St. Mary and Iberia Parishes, SPN H.012911

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that beginning Monday, July 1, road construction will begin on a project estimated at $500,000 at several crossovers on US 90 between Mile Markers 139 and 143 in St. Mary and Iberia Parishes. The work consists of removal of crossovers, concrete and asphalt patching, asphalt milling and overlay on frontage roads, and related work.
The work is estimated to take place on Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.
Lane closures will be required and will be announced on a later date.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
The project is estimated for completion in late summer of 2019.
