LA 22: Near I-10 Geometric Improvement

Construction for State Project H.011314 LA 22 in Ascension Parish for a length of 1.217 miles. The type of work required is clearing and grubbing, subgrade treatment, drainage structures, milling asphalt pavement, pavement patching, asphalt concrete pavement, portland cement concrete pavement, concrete walks and drives, dilled shaft foundations, traffic signalization, and related work.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of the up-coming construction on LA 22 / LA 70 beginning on June 17, 2019. Motorists should expect a reduction in speed limit by 10 mph lower the posted speed. No oversized loads greater than 10’ wide will be allowed through the construction zone.
