Road Closure, Russell Road, Caddo Parish.
This is to advise that on Friday, June 14, 2019, Russell Road will be closed to traffic in both directions at the intersection of Russell Road and I-220 Bridges from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The purpose of this closure is to allow the contractor to place concrete pavement on Russell Road beneath I-220.
Alternate Route: All traffic will detour on LA 173 to Martin Luther King Drive.
Restriction/Permits: N/A

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking or biking near an active work zone.
