LA 38: ST. HELENA PARISH LINE to I-55 COA – TANGIPAHOA - STATE PROJECT H.012938
Intermittent and alternating lane closures on LA 38 from St. Helena Parish Line to I-55 COA will begin on Thursday, June 6, 2019 through Thursday, August 1, 2019, daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (weather permitting) while crews perform asphalt patching operations. Traffic will be maintained through the work zone at all times. No oversized loads greater than 12’ wide will be allowed through the construction zone during work hours.
DETOUR INFORMATION:
The following are alternate routes to avoid lane closures within the work zone:
Motorists traveling LA 38 east may take LA 441 south to LA 440, then east to I-55, then north to re-intersect with LA 38.
Motorists traveling LA 38 west may take I-55 south to LA 440, then west to LA 441, then north to re-intersect with LA 38.
