The eastbound lanes of LA 73 (Government Street), between 16th Street and S. Eugene Street, will remain closed through Friday, October 18th, 2019. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction and shifted into the westbound lanes.

ATTENTION:

All intersections approaching the southside of LA 73 (Government Street), between 16th Street and S. Eugene Street, will have nightly closures from October 7 to October 10, 2019. Nightly closures will be from 6PM to 5AM.

These lane closures are necessary for pavement rehabilitation, asphalt paving operations, and replacing concrete walks and drives.

Lanes will be reduced to 10 ft.

This closure is subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
