LA 75 Lane Closure in Iberville Parish - OPEN

ALL LANES OPEN.

Effective immediately, the following lane closures are in place due to backwater flooding. The lanes will be reopened as soon as conditions improve.
• LA 75 (Iberville Parish) the southbound lane of LA 75 is closed between the Bayou Sorrel Pontoon Bridge to 1.3 miles south. A single lane closure is in effect.
No other routes are affected at this time. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through this area.

Out-of-state travelers can access the system by calling 1-888-ROAD-511 (1-888-762-3511).
• Drive slowly and carefully.
• Avoid driving into standing or running water.
• Avoid driving while distracted.
• Avoid using cruise control when visibility is low or road surfaces are wet.
• Always allow for extra driving time.
• Reduce speeds when visibility is low.
• Make sure there is plenty of room between vehicles.
• Avoid using highway overpasses as tornado shelters.
