LA 10 in Washington Parish is now open. The water has receded and the roadway is open.
EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE - LA 10 IN WASHINGTON PARISH
LA 10, between Section Line Road and Eldridge Magee Road, in Washington Parish is closed due to flood water over the roadway. Motorists are advised to avoid this area.
DETOUR:
Eastbound motorists should travel east on LA 16 to LA 21, north on LA 21 to LA 10. Westbound motorists can go south on LA 21 to LA 16, then west on LA 16 to LA 10.
LADOTD reminds motorists to drive safely and be on the lookout for crews and possible high water over the roadways.
