LA 397/E Ward Line Road Closure – Lake Charles - Calcasieu Parish
LA 397/E Ward Line Road will be closed 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 7 at the Union Pacific Railroad Crossing (MP 13.573), located on LA 397/E Ward Line Road between E. Prien Lake Rd and E. McNeese St.
The closure is necessary for Union Pacific (UP) Railroad to perform crossing repairs.
Motorist will be detoured via US 90 (Fruge St), LA 14 East (Gerstner Memorial Blvd) and LA 397/LA 14 (Gerstner Memorial Blvd). Due to the imposed traffic delays, drivers are encouraged to pursue alternate routes.
