S.P.N. H.002622 - Arkansas Road (LA-616) in West Monroe in Ouachita Parish, was closed to through traffic Saturday, April 13, due to the wash out of the road at Tupawek bridge and to initiate a new traffic pattern along several intersections. Traffic was reestablished on Wednesday, April 17th.
This is a reminder that Arkansas Road in West Monroe is now open to through traffic between N7th Street (LA-617/Whites Ferry Road) and Good Hope Road. It was previously reported to be closed due to weather and construction on 511la.org
Please note the posted speed limit and use caution at the intersections with traffic pattern shifts.
