EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE: US 61 Scenic Hwy to 71st Street East Baton Rouge Parish

ALL LANES ARE OPEN

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that US 61 Scenic Hwy from Airline Hwy to 71st Street in East Baton Rouge Parish is CLOSED due to high water across the roadway.

DOTD has a crew on site monitoring the water levels. A notification will be issued when the roadway is reopened.

Please travel with caution.
