The ramps providing access between the Eastbound Frontage Road and LA 182 at St. Etienne Road will be closed on Tuesday, April 16 and Wednesday, April 17, daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to install asphalt on the US 90 Eastbound Frontage Road.

Traffic wanting to access LA 182 from the Eastbound Frontage Road will be detoured to the Westbound Frontage Road to Albertson Parkway where access to LA 182 will be maintained.

Traffic wanting to access the Eastbound Frontage Road from LA 182 will be detoured to Albertson Parkway where access to the Eastbound Frontage Road will be maintained.

Emergency vehicles will NOT have access to the area.

As part of the Geaux South program, current work underway is related to the $57.1 million design-build project that involves widening US 90 to six-lanes from Albertson Parkway to north of the Ambassador Caffery intersection. The project will also construct an overpass along US 90 above Albertson Parkway, a new railroad overpass and modify the adjacent frontage roads. Work on the project is slated for completion in spring 2019.
