**UPDATE**
Road closure to begin on LA 449 Railroad Crossing on Wednesday April 17, 2019.

There will be a roadway closure of LA 449, just north of US 190 at the railroad tracks. Road will be closed in both directions on April 17th, 2019, beginning at 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM, due to railroad work.
DETOUR:
Northbound motorist may take US 190 East to LA 1024 West back to LA 449.
Southbound motorist may take LA 1024 East to US 190 West back to LA 449.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work site and be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
