LA 541 (River Road) at the Kinder Morgan Harvey Terminal, between Barataria Boulevard and Destrehan Avenue, in Harvey, one lane will be closed from April 3, 2019 until April 5, 2019 between 8:30am – 4:00 pm daily for maintenance of overhead pipe rack.
