I-10 (ASCENSION PARISH) - Single lane closures will take place on I-10 from Highland Rd. to HWY 73 starting Saturday, March 16, 2019 through Wednesday, March 20, 2019. There will only be one lane per direction will be closed at a time. Closure times are as follows:
Saturday, March 16, 2019: 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM Sunday, March 17, 2019 – EB
Sunday, March 17, 2019: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Monday, March 18, 2019 – EB
Monday, March 18, 2019: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Tuesday, March 19, 2019 – EB & WB
Tuesday, March 19, 2019: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Wednesday, March 20, 2019 – EB & WB
Wednesday, March 20, 2019: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Thursday, March 21, 2019 – EB & WB
Permit loads over 11’ should call the permit office for alternate routes.
The closure is necessary for paving operations, attenuator relocation, and hauling temporary barriers.
