Southbound LA 23, Belle Chasse Tunnel, in Plaquemines Parish – full closure on Wednesday night from 7:00 pm, March 6, 2019 from until 2:00 AM Thursday, March 7, 2019 for maintenance.
Alternate route: Judge Perez Bridge will accommodate 2-way traffic during the closure.
