I-10 westbound between mile marker 77 and mile marker 80 will have alternating lane closures on Friday, March 8, for routine bridge inspections.

The work is expected to take place from 12:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.

The road will be open to regular traffic with 18-foot lane restrictions on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
