REVISED ENDING DATE: ST. TAMMANY PARISH – LA 1085 - INTERMITTENT COMPLETE LANE CLOSURES
There will be multiple intermittent 20 minute complete lane closures on LA 1085, just South of I-12, beginning Friday, February 1, 2019 through WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2019. The closures on week days will be between 9:00 AM through 2:00 PM, and on weekend days will be between 6:30 AM through 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
The road will open at the end of each 20 minute duration so that queued vehicles can be cleared. This will be repeated until the work is completed.
This is to enable Entergy to cross the highway with transmission cables for their on-going project.
Message boards will be posted to warn motorists of the closures in advance and during the closures. Motorists may choose to detour via LA 1077 or LA 22. Emergency vehicles will not have access during the closure times.
