Westbound On-ramp to West Bank Elevated Expressway at Manhattan in Harvey, will be closed January 14th from 2PM to 3PM and January 15th from 9AM to 11AM for inspection.
Alternate routes include Harvey Tunnel and LA 18 (Fourth St).
