Southbound LA 23, Belle Chasse Tunnel, in Plaquemines Parish – full closure beginning 9:00 PM Friday night, January 11, 2019 until 5:00 AM Monday morning, January 14, 2019 for drainage improvement work.
Detour route: Judge Perez Bridge will accommodate 2-way traffic during the closure.
