LA 18 (ST. JAMES PARISH) ROAD CLOSURE

LA 18 (ST. JAMES PARISH) – A road closure will take place October 13, 2018, on LA 18 (RIVER RD.), 1.3 miles South of LA 70. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass through during closure, in the event of an emergency. No thru traffic will be allowed to pass during the times of this road closure.
The closure will be from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The closure is necessary to string pipeline across River Rd.
Proposed detour routes during this closure are as follows:
Northbound: LA 18 to LA 3219 then LA 3127 to LA 70 then back to LA 18
Southbound: LA 18 to LA 70 then LA 3127 to LA 3219 then back to LA 18
